My role, as your counselor, is to meet you where you are in life and to compassionately support your wellness journey.

My counseling practice focuses on partnering with adolescents, adults, couples, and people serving in a healthcare context. I provide counseling services supporting people dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship needs, coping with illness, loss, grief, burnout, trauma, moral injury, student stress, identity, and spiritual needs.

My passion for counseling is strongly rooted in a love ethic that is wellness-based grounded in principles of social justice and multiculturalism. I use a trauma-informed, and strength-based approach. Each client has the potential for change, my role in the counseling relationship is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore and grow.
