I work primarily with men, teens, and their families. Those I work with often feel stuck in some way, whether that is stuck in a job, or in depression, or with anxiety, or negative patterns in relationships. It is a privilege to walk alongside those who come into my office, to learn their stories, their strengths, and their struggles, and to give them a safe place to learn about themselves and move toward growth and thriving.
I take the experience I have working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and challenges both in mental health and in education, an awareness of power dynamics and inequalities, my training in CBT, and my current interest in mindfulness to create a safe place where you can feel empowered to both gain insight into yourself and move toward change.
