Life and relationships can be challenging, especially when past experiences shape how you see yourself and others. I work with all sorts of folks, including LGBTQ+ clients, those in alternative lifestyles, and people on more traditional paths. I offer a safe, affirming space for individuals, couples and families/systems to explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity, helping you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
In therapy, I help you explore the parts of yourself shaped by past experiences to uncover hidden needs and fears. Together, we’ll build self-compassion and healing, helping you break free from old patterns and live more authentically and fully—connected to your true self and what matters most to you.
I have worked with many individuals over my years as a therapist from differing cultures, worldviews and experiences. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I also stay in therapy myself, so I know how challenging and uncomfortable the work can be at times.
