About
I stress the importance of a strong, caring therapeutic relationship with my clients. I provide a safe, supportive environment in which clients can discuss their feelings and experiences, both past and present. We engage in a collaborative dialogue that allows for inquiry into why patients feel the way they do and what factors have influenced their development into who they are and how they experience life. In doing so, they are often able to feel better about themselves, their relationships, and their place in the world.
I am trained in a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, and ACT) and my approach is based on a solid foundation of clinical theory. I provide therapy tailored to the unique needs of the person and am flexible in how I work with my clients.
I work with adults to address issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, relational difficulties, life transitions, and substance use. Please email me with any questions to determine if we would work well together!
