For over 40 + years I have been an advocate for children and families in need of mental health services. It has been gratifying to provide a milieu of services that has effectively met the needs of my clients. The knowledge I have acquired has been recognized by the Office of Juvenile Justice, Department of Children and Family Services, and Family Roads as a sound clinical practice. I have successfully implemented Parenting and Fathering Models which have had a micro and macro impact on service delivery in Louisiana.
My training and life experiences has help to provide comfort to individuals, couples, and families by learning ways to effectively manage turbulent time in their lives. Best practices standards are followed including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Treatment, Positive Parenting Programming, and Christian Based Model Marriage Counseling.
