I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit as one. I believe that each person has a soul and a purpose, and my goal is to provide guidance and facilitation to help a client reconnect with one's passion and live life more authentically and with meaning.
My background and training is in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, and I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and spiritual transformation. I am also certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and sometimes utilize this as an aid in the healing process.
I also work with those who identify as Highly Sensitive, Intuitive, and/or Introverted and some of the challenges that presents in navigating everyday life.
