As a dedicated mental health professional, I am deeply committed to fostering an environment of compassion, empowerment, and personal growth. Currently, my focus is working primarily with adults and utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I have a passion for Mindfulness and Spirituality which also informs and strengthens my practice.

When not providing therapy, I most likely will be hiking, reading, practicing meditation, or listening to music.
