I work with young adults and grown adults to help you discover a more meaningful way to integrate with your negative spiritual experiences with whatever your remaining faith may look like. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health. My specialty is using a neurocognitive progressive exposure technique to find healing from trauma and addiction. I also work with couples to break unhealthy patterns of communication and rekindle foundational friendships.
