I accept my client without pre-judgment and with acceptance of your starting point to move together in the direction you seek. As a supportive psychotherapist, I offer the tools of acceptance and compassion along with deep and broad experience to challenge thought, emotion, and behavior in order to move from distress to the life course you seek. In over 40 years of assisting the troubled, I have developed some skills, my best: listening, let me listen to you.
My approach to you as my client and to the practice of therapy can be summed up in just a few words: individual, eclectic, and directed. You are the one, the only one, I am responsible for. You are unique and your needs are unique. I am trained and certified in several models of therapy, but the therapy for you will be guided by our work together and adapted
