I have been fortunate to have been helping clients learn to heal themselves in an collaborative and self healing environment since 2008. I look forward to continue working with clients recovering from anxiety, depression, and trauma, LGBTQIA+ populations, as well as fellow counselors, who feel stuck in their self healing journey.
I offer an novel person centered integrative approach that accommodates EMDR, ERP, DBT, and MI, through a trauma informed care lens. Helping the client where they are at by understanding that therapy, like people, is on a spectrum and unique to the individual.
