My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, gender and sexuality, identity, self-harm, trauma, grief, major life transitions, obsessive and compulsive thinking/behavior, feeling “stuck” and relationship challenges. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and welcome people of all identities and backgrounds, especially those who often feel unseen, marginalized or oppressed. I work with individuals (age 18+) and couples to identify patterns, strengthen communication, and understand the emotions driving stress or conflict.

My approach is eclectic, culturally sensitive and evidence-based, rooted in psychodynamic therapy and informed by relational and interpersonal psychoanalytic theory, family systems theory, as well as CBT/DBT, ACT, existential theory/therapy, phenomenology, queer and feminist theory, and anti-racist, anti-colonial, and abolitionist frameworks.

I believe therapy works best when it’s guided by curiosity—about yourself, your relationships, and the world. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface to make lasting change, while also addressing the issues that need care right now.
