I can help if you have a child with behavioral or emotional problems. I can also help you if you are an adult suffering with anxiety, depression, or problems with your relationships. Once we share an understanding of the problem/diagnosis, I use supportive evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy tailored to your expressed needs. With children, I always fully involve the parents in treatment. With couples, I provide effective and exciting sessions that improve relationships by improving communication. I love dogs and specializes in pet bereavement therapy. Patients are welcome to bring their dogs to the office.
