I am a compassionate therapist specializing in individuation, connection to nature, and authentic living. With a deep understanding of the transformative power of self-discovery, our work is a journey to embrace true identity. I combine evidence-based techniques with holistic principles; encourage self-awareness, acceptance, and alignment with personal values. Driven by the belief that nature plays a pivotal role in well-being, I integrate ecotherapy into practice, fostering a profound connection with the natural world.
I love coming to know others because in them I see the most beautiful expressions of the ineffable. Those that come to me are looking to take charge of their role in this world as well as transcend it. Through our work, you will have the opportunity to integrate your trauma, live from a place of creation, and dance with all of life's joys and challenges.
Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, doubt, or grief, a trusting relationship with an empathic guide can help you find peace. Let's explore your dreams and move towards making them a reality! I want to show you that it really is possible to live a life of joy and abundance. Reach out to me today.
