I am a clinical psychologist with 30 years experience, specializing in Gottman Method couples therapy offering weekly and 2-day intensive sessions. I also treat individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, & OCD, using evidence-based approaches to help develop coping skills and new habits that are easy to learn and apply to everyday life. I believe that we are all experts in our own lives and often already possess answers to problems without realizing it. I like to work collaboratively to set specific achievable goals, avoid previously hurtful thoughts and behaviors, and overcome barriers to finding effective solutions.
I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, have completed Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training, and certified by the American Psychological Association in the Treatment of Alcoholism & Other Substance Use Disorders. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from University of CT, an M.A. in Counseling from NYU, and B.A. from Brown University.
I am co-owner of Main Line Counseling Partners. We utilize evidence-based approaches to help individuals, couples, children & families including Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, EMDR, and Exposure & Response Inhibition therapies. We also offer Co-Parenting skill training as well as School admissions testing and ADHD screening.
