While life events can be overwhelming and isolating, you never have to be alone! Through the therapeutic process, we can explore the root and the meaning of the challenges you face. I will empathetically work with you to understand your goals and help guide you to wellness. I love working with many ages spanning from late teens to older adults during life transitions. Whether you're coping with a graduation, career change, evaluating of interpersonal relationships, or other life stressors - you are not alone! We here at Healthy Minds are here for you!
I provide an interpersonal approach to therapy, where we work together to understand the root of the presenting concern. Congruent with an interpersonal approach, my treatment modalities include person-centered therapy and psychoanalytic therapy. I also have experience implementing DBT, ACT, and emotion focused therapy.
