In addition to my private practice, I am honored to provide services through Nia Counseling & Consulting Services, a boutique group psychotherapy practice in Manchester, CT. Nia is the fifth principle of Kwaanzaa, which focuses on working collectively to restore people and communities to their traditional greatness
I use evidence based interventions that are culturally sensitive and include an important apect of health that many other clinicians gloss over. Collective economic well-being in underserved communities is a major building block of better health outcomes.
