I have provided psychotherapy services to a variety of adolescent and adult patients in many settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs. In my private practice, my patients have many types of issues and concerns, and in essence they generally are seeking help to better navigate this journey we call life. I use a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, existential/psychodynamic, mindfulness, and others to help individuals identify goals and to develop and implement effective coping strategies to enhance well-being and to feel better.
In addition to providing a range of therapeutic interventions and approaches to help my patients to achieve improvements in their emotions, behavior, and physical status, I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to successful psychotherapy, and I will be a sincere, honest, and consistent partner in the psychotherapy process.
I have worked successfully with a variety of problems and concerns that patients have presented, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, addictions and alcohol dependence, and other issues.
