If clients presented with depression, anxiety, bipolar, and or any other mental health conditions, I am willing to provide various behavioral and cognitive interventions to help explore their psychological, social, and physical needs to maintain confidence, satisfaction, and determination in each session. I like to explore people's stories and inner struggles to help uncover the causes of uncertainty, interpersonal conflict, diverse cultural issues, marital problems, and adjustment issues. As a therapist, my job is to be a catalyst for change, equality, autonomy, accountability, and freedom.
I am willing to explore their lifestyle and inner struggles with unconditional positive regard. I am willing to learn about their internal and external struggles through curiosity. If clients present with various problems, I am willing to use experimental techniques to increase their awareness of the problem and develop realistic solutions.
Building empathy is part of building alliances and support for their story without judgment. If clients need immediate support in regulating their mental and physical health, I am willing to provide evidence-based treatment to help them establish harmony with themselves, develop positive qualities, and engage in positive social interaction with others.
