About
Hello! As a counselor I incorporate many different types of therapy into my practice. I believe the outcomes of therapy can be emotional healing and self-empowerment. Together, through the therapeutic process, our aim will be to expand your experience to include more peace, joy, and happiness.
I have experience helping people with a variety of mental health ailments, including bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety-related disorders. I hope to help you improve the quality of your life by deeply listening to you and gently guiding you along as you discover your innate healing abilities. You can achieve a sense of emotional freedom!
I am here to listen to you and to work to understand what you are going through. I hope to facilitate an atmosphere of acceptance and non-judgment. If you feel that I may be a good match for you as a therapist, do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you!
