My main passion is developing healthy relationships. Whether through individual or couples work, I help my clients explore how their mental health issue (e.g. depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and sexual addiction) deeply connects, impacts, and is expressed in their relationships. By learning how we perpetuate pain develop through the experiences of our past, we can grow, break old patterns, and develop ones that will foster peace.

I am a second generation Filipino-American, son of immigrants, husband, and father of three. I walk with my clients as they develop insight, emotional-regulation skills, and compassion in their journey of seeking healing. I also focus on restoring reciprocal relationships through the hard work of reconciliation, compassion, forgiveness, and behavior change.
