I provide private, confidential therapy for first responders, veterans, aviation professionals and others who carry the heavy burden of experience, too often in silence. Services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not connected to insurance or employment records, and do not require a formal diagnosis. I follow all ethical and legal guidelines while prioritizing discretion and professionalism. We will work together to try and help you better manage the symptoms associated with your personal and professional experiences, while also providing you some peace of mind regarding your treatment.
I believe meaningful therapy happens when clients feel safe, respected, and not rushed. Sessions may include reflection, practical tools, moments of humor, and space to slow things down when needed. I aim to bring genuineness and authenticity at a comfortable pace, and offer space to do meaningful work while staying grounded and connected.
