Life can be a lot to handle, and sometimes we just need someone to be present and listen to our experiences. Sometimes we need guidance, or sometimes a friendly face to be a human with. That is how I try to practice therapy. I prioritize a warm, friendly, nonjudgmental, and inviting experience where people can be themselves and know that they are going to find the strength that they need to overcome their obstacles.
I tend to work with several mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, and various personality disorders. I also work well with adjustment disorders, as well as trauma. Most of my therapy approaches involve using CBT, IFS, Existential, Reality, and Person-Centered Therapy techniques.
