I believe that no matter your current station in life that each person can improve on wherever they are. As a therapist I like to meet people where they are and help them to build tangible goals and subsequent structures to succeed in whatever they hope to achieve. My personal belief is that everyone has a chance to live the life they desire. I possess an open mind and believe that everyone is capable of becoming exactly what they wish to be. My clients are individuals who wish to make changes to their lives by working through struggles such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and ADHD.
My background offers a variety of experiences, from community mental health services to private practice. My approach to therapy is individualized and works with where a client is at to help them get to where they are going in life.
I also often work with couples on relationship, parenting and family concerns. Therapy is individualized and customized to meet each client's needs and to assist them to reach their fullest potential and meet their goals.
