If you and/or your love ones are struggling with life, work, family, school, or other areas. I can help by using a variety of modalities, not necessarily traditional talk therapy, to help adults overcome the events, irrational beliefs, and past emotionally charged memories that are holding them back from living a full life. EMDR has been shown to be useful for PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks and phobias; chronic illness and medical trauma, depression and bipolar disorder, grief and loss, dissociative disorders, pain, performance anxiety, and others. I work with adults (18+), college students, young professionals.
I believe therapy should be focused on helping you identify and develop the tools to grow. My approach focuses primarily on eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EDMR), however, mindfulness is introduced to help bring awareness to help in processing and other modalities may be used to help in your forward movement.
