I integrate evidence based approaches like CBT and CPT with expressive and relational modalities: psychodrama, existential and Gestalt therapy, family systems and inner child work. My style is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I help clients explore who they are, develop clarity, and build a path forward that honors both your pain and your potential.
