With experience in supporting clients coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, life transitions, domestic violence, and natural disaster survivors, as well as military personnel, I'm equipped to provide guidance. Telehealth services are available following an assessment.

I have had training in DBT, EMDR , CBT and CPT as well as mindfulness techniques to help people through issues. I have experience working with first responders and military people.
