I have worked in the Denver metro area as a counselor since 2014 giving people the coping skills to make positive transformations and get to a place where they are thriving and enjoy life. I specialize in a person-centered care approach that meets you where you're at without judgements.

I offer sessions later in the evening because I understand the importance many place on their jobs, not wanting to dip out from work every week for an appointment or broadcast their therapy needs to coworkers due to stigmas.
