Born and raised in Vermont and a UVM alumni, I've enjoyed serving populations on both the East and West coast. Experience across numerous settings allows me to work successfully with individuals as they navigate anxiety, caregiver stress, and trauma. My practice centers around a strong foundation of communication and trust, while also challenging my clients. My hope in working with you is to reduce distress, while offering tools and insight to allow a more meaningful life.
Sessions are collaborative, and always involve clinical expertise. I practice a person centered approach to offer a neutral perspective. Using a trauma informed lens, my theoretical orientation is eclectic and based on need. Modalities I incorporate include: psychodynamic ACT, CBT, and Narrative therapies.
