Everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and open to being vulnerable in taking on life’s challenges. My goal in therapy is to create such a space. I believe there are two experts in a therapeutic space: the therapist and you, the client. My approach to therapy is geared toward not only learning about and addressing the issues you as a client are facing but also the strengths you possess and how we can utilize those to tackle life’s challenges. Starting at age 10, I help clients with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and stress management.
I also specialize in working with people who have autism. This population includes anyone who struggles to make social connections, identify social cues, or want to improve their emotional regulation. If you find it hard to make friends, engage in social activities, or adapt to changes in plans, my office is the place for you.
