Hi, I'm Michael. I understand that tackling life's challenges can feel daunting. We can feel overwhelmed and not sure where to start. Whether you are going through a tough time or have been dealing with an ongoing mental health concern, therapy can be a tool to help you learn more about yourself and develop strategies to better manage these challenges. In working with me, clients can expect to have a warm and non-judgmental space where they can work through personal challenges, goals, and areas of growth. Outside of work I enjoy horror movies, hiking, table games, and spending time with my diva of a cat.
Some of my areas of clinical interest include relationship and family issues, college counseling, trauma, anxiety, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, substance use, grief & loss, and depression. I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and have experience providing safe and affirming therapy for trans and non-binary clients.
