Welcome-I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of specialized experience in addiction therapy and a strong commitment to individualized client care. My practice is guided by the belief that every individual is an expert on themselves, and I am passionate about empowering my clients to select the therapeutic approaches that resonate most with them to explore the roots of struggles and develop healthy coping mechanisms for: Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, addiction and more.

Using evidence-based techniques like CBT and DBT, I help clients challenge unhelpful patterns, enhance communication, and build healthier relationships. My humanistic approach fosters personal growth while integrating psychodynamic elements for a well-rounded experience including relapse prevention and harm reduction strategies to support recovery goals.
