I am a full-time practitioner with over 25 years of experience in mental health. I am a client-focused therapist with experience serving diverse populations across ages with a broad range of challenges and disorders. I see children, adolescents, and adults for individual and family therapy (from 5-yo to seniors). I take an eclectic approach to treatment that focuses on matching my clients' needs to our treatment approach. In this outpatient setting, we tend to draw on cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, metaphor-narrative, social learning, and similar approaches.
I work with clients across the age-span (5½ to 60+ years-old) with a broad range of clinical issues. We focus on individual and family therapy. With adults, we will focus on individual sessions with infrequent conjoint sessions only as needed. With children-adolescents, we will focus on both individual and conjoint sessions as necessary.
Clients regard me as a down-to-earth professional therapist who can sometimes be a little salty. Personally, I enjoy creative pursuits (aqua-scaping, fine art, game design, writing), DYI (home improvement/projects), movies/streaming, reading (clinical, educational, fantasy), technology (building computers, digital photography, video games), and TTRPG.
