After retirement from the USAF I pursued a degree that I could use to help others. The most effective therapy I could find is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). For about eight years now I have worked with clients of various ages and all walks of life to address their individual trauma. I have seen insecurity replaced with confidence. My goal is to assist my clients to have a better quality of life, to help you replace nightmares with a good night’s sleep. Trauma effects each individual differently from depression to memory gaps, to fits of rage or drug abuse, maybe it is time to come in and talk.
I meet my clients where they are. I have no expectations upon the initial session. I am trained in various modalities and am confident in all I profess to use. Most of all I am well aware that people can; and do hurt themselves based on how they feel. A better option would be working through the issues together with the goal of a fulfilled life.
Therapy is more than a job, it is my passion. Once we meet you will quickly see that if I can be your best option for help, I will work to prove that your willingness to trust me with your issues will be well placed trust. I consider it an honor to be a part of your healing.
