I am a Licensed MFT in California and Idaho. I am located in Boise, Idaho and currently provide telehealth in both states. Therapy should help you improve your life. Though it can take time to get the most out of therapy, my goal is that we see improvement all along the way in your ability to function.
One of my focuses is to work with you to improve your relationships. We can work on you having a better romantic relationship, following the work of John Gottman. We can work together to help you have a better relationship with your kids following the methods laid out in "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk."
In addition to my focus on couples and families, a significant percentage of my experience has been working with people on the Autism spectrum. We work together on how to navigate social and work life. I work with many people who were diagnosed late in life.
I offer a free 10 minute consultation via video conference (or by telephone, if you are not able to do video conference). We can talk over why you are interested in therapy, and there will be time to ask me some questions. This is important to do prior to starting therapy.
