I really understand how uncomfortable anxiety, worry, sadness and depression can make you feel. I am one of those who can help. I have over 40 years experience helping people feel better and feel better quicker. I have an additional expertise in the treatment of mild to moderate forms of OCD (ie, OCD that can be effectively handled in weekly therapy; more severe forms of OCD require a different practice than I conduct). If you are like me, willing to work hard and put in the time, then together we can improve your life.
I use methods that have been shown to work for anxiety and depression and other difficulties people struggle with. I am an active clinician who likes to problem solve. If you are not getting better, I re-assess what we are doing and try harder.
It distresses me to see people suffer and struggle with emotional problems that effectively limit their quality of life. I want those who don't enjoy the only life they will have to find a way to decrease their stress, anxiety and unhappiness.
