My ideal clients are children, teens, and adults with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, or neurodivergent traits who feel capable but struggle to follow through, regulate emotions, or feel confident. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated. They may have difficulty with focus, motivation, impulse control, or emotional regulation. Parents often seek support for a bright child struggling behaviorally, socially, or academically. Teens and adults report overthinking, low self-esteem, lack of direction, or feeling “behind” despite their potential.

I help clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and executive functioning build self-awareness, confidence, and self-control. Using CBT and practical strategies, I teach emotional regulation, focus, and follow-through. For youth, I use interactive role-play to build real-world social and problem-solving skills.
