I enjoy working w/people to improve relationships w/others & themselves. I offer a non-judgmental approach to any behaviors, thoughts, & situations that may be occurring in your life. I use DBT strategies to improve frustration tolerance & emotion regulation. I encourage daily Mindfulness Practice. I also teach Parenting Skills Education. You can do It!
I am available Mondays-Fridays 9:30am-8:30pm. Accepting new patients/clients. In-Person and Telehealth. I work out of my home office and your privacy is maintained. Free parking, WiFi, bathroom, and refreshments.
