While I meet with people experiencing a whole range of life's contentments and challenges, my passion and skill lies in working with people to tune-in into how our mind and body are caught reacting to stress and post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, pain, or suffering - and together discover and create more balanced ways of responding (vs reacting)
I believe therapy works by first embracing and fostering what is authentic, true, and whole in each of us. And then we sprinkle in some tools and practices. By leaning into this process, and your innate wisdom to make the changes you want to make, together we co-create space and opportunity for healing, peace, and balance.
