With 15 years of clinical experience, I help adults and teenagers navigate life’s challenges with warmth and mindfulness. Drawing from Person-Centered, CBT, Existential, and ACT approaches, I tailor therapy to support healing, growth, and balance. I’ve practiced meditation for 20 years and taught it for 15 years, integrating its wisdom into my work.

My daily meditation practice helps me stay calm, present, and grounded. Clients know they can rely on me to show up fully and walk beside them with steadiness and care, moving at a pace that feels right for them.
