I am a Licensed Psychologist with 25 years of experience in a broad range of mental health settings. I specialize in treating concerns such as mental stress, behavioral issues, life transitions, ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, and bipolar disorder. I offer individual counseling to clients aged 14 and up.

I earned my Doctor of Psychology from Immaculata University and utilize evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I believe in a therapeutic collaboration that helps clients unlock their full potential, embrace authenticity, and get the most out of life.
