My passion is to walk alongside people struggling with shame and offer them a safe space to be seen and heard without judgment. I meet them with compassion and acceptance while helping them unpack and process what's underneath the shame in order to heal. Reaching out for help when you're stuck in shame feels impossible. It's scary. I get that.
