Over the last decade, I have successfully helped children, adolescents, and adults from different backgrounds achieve their goals. The clients I have worked with have struggled with issues including but not limited to: anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, stage of life issues, relationship conflicts, anger management, self-confidence, and impulse control difficulties. My number one goal is for us to build trust in our relationship so that we can work together to achieve your goals too.

The number one indicator for successful treatment outcomes is the level of trust and comfort between a client and their therapist. My experience as a clinician has taught me that with trust and comfort, we can communicate openly and honestly to develop a clear understanding of your problems as well as to acquire the tools needed to effectively intervene.
