Many people I work with face anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, depression, stressful life changes, or want to explore and understand their LGBTQ+ identity. These struggles can lead to low self-esteem, boundary issues, relationship troubles, hopelessness, negative self-talk, and perfectionism. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to find meaningful, long-term change. We are wired for healing, for flourishing and thriving, not just surviving. Let's navigate this journey together.
I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and AEDP to support your healing. All three of these emotionally-focused and somatically-based modalities allow for deep exploration of internalized beliefs, discomforting emotions and sensations, all the while working to undo the aloneness that develops from stressful and traumatic experiences.
