My name is Michael Hope and I am a seasoned co-occurring disorders counselor, treating both mental health and addiction issues in Oregon and Washington. Using trauma-informed therapies, I help clients struggling with the effects of PTSD/trauma, addiction, codependence, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and other mental health issues. You don't have to face these problems alone. You don't have to suffer anymore.
In addition to evidence-based forms of traditional and faith-based therapy, I am an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner. ART is a highly effective treatment that combines elements of EMDR, cognitive-behavioral and brief psychodynamic techniques to help with PTSD, anxiety, grief, and many other mental health concerns - typically in 1-3 sessions.
It is my passion and my purpose to provide clients a safe and supportive space for healing and self-discovery, achieving their goals, and recovering from life controlling issues. Please reach out if you would like to schedule an appointment. I look forward to taking this healing journey with you.
