I am here with you. Well, not yet. But when I’m with you, I’m with you. With you in your pain and loneliness, your sadness and anger, your joy, surprise and inspiration. With you in your transition, your loss, your growth and transformation. Therapy with me is always a creative process of exploration and discovery in the here and now. I believe that we have a boundless capacity to grow and change, to heal and become unstuck from self-denying, self-destructive ways of being. I also believe that your experience of being stuck is REAL; it’s not “all in your head” and you can’t “just snap out of it.” I know because I’ve been there.
I have healed and I have helped others to heal. In the room, I bring my training in Gestalt therapy and years' experience working with LGBTQ+ folks and people grappling with anxiety, trauma, depression, HIV & other chronic illnesses. I also bring over 20 years of artistic experience as a rapper and a writer, and my client base includes many creative people.

Good Enough Fathers
Being a father can be a joyous, rewarding, healing experience, AND, it is also incredibly fucking hard. Many fathers have the experience of being on this road without a map, or even worse, we have a sense that the map we do have will certainly lead us in the wrong direction. For those of us who feel this way, we know that if we are to be good-enough fathers then we can't navigate this road alone. This group, open to ALL who identify as fathers, is a space to gather, share, and support one another in the beautiful struggle of fatherhood.
