As a therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with compassion and support. My clinical perspective integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic understanding of mental health, I look forward to getting to know you in order to help you get to the places where you want to be. Together we will develop a plan to address challenging aspects of your mental health. I have a passion for working with individuals in the OCD community.

I have extensive training in treatment of OCD/Anxiety/BFRB disorders. I use evidence based practices including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and (HRT). I look to draw from various treatment modalities in order to best suit my clients needs. My goals aim at helping you gain back control over difficulties with mental health. I am licensed in NY/NJ/PA/FL.

The hardest step at times is reaching out to someone when you are feeling stuck, anxious, sad, or confused. The therapy space I want to create is based on acceptance, support, and understanding. It often takes someone many years to find the correct diagnosis and treatment for their OCD. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
