Are you trying to find your identity, regain your sense of self? I have the courage to listen to your trauma, not avoid, not blame you. I have worked with over 500 adults moving forward from severe PTSD/trauma and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I have extensive experience with sexual trauma, both childhood and adult, combat trauma, and situational/1st responder trauma.
I am a certified sexologist, and trained sex therapist. I have worked extensively with military and veterans with PTSD from combat, military sexual trauma ( MST ), and childhood trauma. I am also a hypnotherapist. We can incorporate hypnosis and relaxation techniques into your therapy. Sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming.
I am a retired, disabled veteran. I take a systemic approach to how maladaptive beliefs can help us, and hurt us, and our families. I have experience with therapy supporting methadone / suboxone assisted recovery from heroin / opioid addiction. I also address religious trauma.
