About
Life is full of challenges and at times we lose hope and feel like there's no way to overcome the barrage of obstacles and hardships that life throws at us. Even though we might know that the answer is to keep moving forward no matter what's in front of us it's a lot easier said than done. We all need help sometimes to overcome life's difficulties and it's okay to ask for help. We're all human, we all experience pain, and we're in this thing called life together and sometimes we can't do it alone.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and I can help provide the tools needed to navigate life's obstacles and manage the issues that are preventing you from having a fulfilling life. I specialize in Anger management, relationship issues, as well as anxiety and depression.
Even though I might not know what's it's like to be experiencing what you're going through I will always do my best to help guide you down a path that hopefully leads to a more fulfilling and happy life.
