Each day, we are witness to a social climate that surrounds us in fear and uncertainty. These negative effects are especially hard on those facing challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, job stress, trauma, or situational life crisis. As an LPC, I have spent the past 15 years treating clients (children, teens, adults) in a variety of treatment settings: TeleHealth, Day Treatment, School-Based, and Outpatient settings. I have completed TF-CBT and EMDR training for trauma treatment of individuals and first responders. Additional interventions: CBT, DBT, Brief-Solution Focused Treatment.
