I meet with individuals, children, couples, and the whole family. In this technological era, everyone is exposed to sex and problematic material through social media, entertainment, and the internet. I work with those who have either been exposed to sex and the internet too early or those whose habits have taken over their life. Whether you want to cease or decrease the use of pornography, social media, and other forms of entertainment I will work with you and help you get the freedom and knowledge you need to take control of your life.
I help clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and actions that have become problematic and led to the issues they are currently facing. I utilize Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Eye Movement Desenitatztion Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and sex addiction therapy in my therapy sessions.
The internet is a place that can be helpful but also can bring pain and new challenges to us and our families. Sometimes we need some help understanding ourselves and reaching our goals in this technology-filled world. I want to partner with you and help you get where you want to be.
